Lancaster County’s first natural playground takes shape in woods near Pequea

“Kids can hug a tree if they want. Or balance on a log. Or jump on a rock. Rough trails will loop through the forest but in this playground, visitors are encouraged to wander away and explore.” On Saturday, January 26, volunteers came together at Climbers Run Nature Preserve to build a natural playground.
