Participants will assist with an ecological restoration project that is removing invasive shrubs to restore native forest, savannah, and meadow. This is part of an ongoing and larger effort to restore parts of Kellys Run to pollinator garden, meadow and savannah, increasing the overall biodiversity of the preserve.

This work project will involve using hand saws and loppers to remove invasive shrubs like multiflora rose, bush honeysuckle and autumn olive. We will provide gloves and the hand tools.
