LANCASTER CONSERVANCY TRAIL FEST

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2025
WIZARD RANCH NATURE PRESERVE

Gather your family and friends to celebrate the trails that connect us with nature and the thousands of acres of natural lands Lancaster Conservancy has protected.

ABOUT TRAIL FEST

Join Lancaster Conservancy for our second annual Trail Fest to celebrate the variety of ways we can connect with nature and experience the physical, mental, and emotional health benefits gained from spending time outdoors. With over 60 miles of trails (including three universally accessible trails) and over 8,000 acres of natural lands under our management, the Conservancy works to provide ample opportunities for everyone to explore our beautiful forests, meadows, wetlands, and streams.

Join fellow nature lovers at this family-friendly event and enjoy live music, food and beer trucks, and opportunities to expand your outdoors knowledge.

TRAIL FEST DETAILS

Location

Lancaster Conservancy Trail Fest will take place at Wizard Ranch Nature Preserve, located off Accomac Road in Hellam Township, York County. Click this link for driving directions.

Parking

Parking will be available in an open field on site. Please consider carpooling if possible. Limited parking spots closer to the festival will be reserved for those with mobility concerns.

Food & Drink

Beer and cider will be available for purchase from Collusion Tap Works until 6:30 p.m. To reduce the use of single-use plastics at this event, those wishing to have beer or cider must purchase a reusable Trail Fest cup ($7 if purchased ahead of time or $10 if purchased during the event). You will be able to use these cups for drinks at future Lancaster Conservancy Trail Fests. Alcohol must be consumed in the beer garden area. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.

There will be a free water bottle filling station available, as well. Please bring your own reusable water bottle.

Food will be available for purchase from Stoney’s Burgers and Fries, Traveling J’s, and Mezcla Ice Cream. We encourage attendees to support our food vendors, but outside food is also allowed at the event.

Our food and beer vendors will accept cash and card payment.

Live Music

Opening act Mulligan Pauls & Rast will go on at 4:00 p.m. The band is a bluegrass- and country-inspired trio from Lancaster.

Headliner Hadassah Edith will go on at 5:00 p.m. She is a singer-songwriter based in Lancaster who dabbles in neo-jazz, blues, and alternative.

Seating

Bring your own blankets or chairs to sit on while you enjoy the concert.

Pets

Pets, other than service animals, are not allowed at this event. We kindly ask that you leave your four-legged friends at home.

Restrooms

There will be port-a-johns available on site.

Accessibility

Wizard Ranch Nature Preserve is largely unimproved. The main festival area will be in a field with food truck access on a gravel parking lot. Please let staff know upon arrival if you need assistance or closer parking. The trails at Wizard Ranch are not accessible for mobility devices/strollers with wheels at this time.

Weather & Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable. Trail Fest is a rain-or-shine event. In the case of extreme weather and cancellation, tickets will be considered a donation to the Conservancy as we continue to protect our natural lands. If the event is canceled, a final decision will be made by noon on Friday, September 12, and all ticket holders will be notified via email.

THANK YOU TO OUR TRAIL FEST 2025 SPONSORS
