Yes, all donations to the Conservancy are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, as long as no goods or services were exchanged. Lancaster Conservancy is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Please check with your tax advisor for more information.

Yes. If you make a donation online you will immediately receive an emailed verification of your gift. Thank you letters are sent out by mail or email from Lancaster Conservancy within 24 business hours of receipt of the donation.

You can celebrate or remember a loved one by making a special gift to Lancaster Conservancy. Enter the loved one’s name in the box marked “I want to make my gift in memory of” or “I want to make my gift in honor of”. The Conservancy will send you an acknowledgement of your donation, as well as a letter to the loved one or loved one’s family stating that a gift was made to the Conservancy in their name.

You can make planned gifts to Lancaster Conservancy through the Tucquan Society, which was founded in 2006 to recognize and honor today those who through their legacy will enrich Lancaster tomorrow.
