In celebration of the 10th anniversary of Lancaster Water Week, Lancaster Conservancy invited K-12 students to create public service announcements about actions residents of their community can take to restore local streams and rivers to health.
Prizes were awarded to the top projects from students in grades Pre-K – 2, 3 – 5, and 6 – 12. We received many beautiful and heartwarming submissions. As Water Week begins, we’re inspired by the youngest members of our community and their passion for clean water. We’re also grateful for the time and talent they devoted to learning about the challenges facing our waterways and how we can all help protect our streams and rivers.
