The Lancaster Conservancy seeks proposals from qualified professional services firms to design, engineer and permit a Universal Access Trail and Parking Lot at its Robert A. Kinsley Nature Preserve.
The preserve is part of the Conservancy’s Hellam Hills Conservation Area (HHCA), located in Hellam Township, York County, Pennsylvania. The Conservancy developed a Master Plan in 2022 for the HHCA involving significant input from many local, regional, and state entities and is now acting upon the recommendations from that plan.
